Service & Enforcement
The Pennsylvania State Constable’s Office, Nazareth – Lehigh Valley, is a critical component of the Commonwealth’s unified judicial system. We are responsible for the lawful service and enforcement of all Writs, Warrants, and Orders issued by district, county, and state courts. Our duty is to ensure the efficient and impartial administration of justice in our jurisdiction and throughout the Commonwealth.
Responsibilities & Authority
A primary function of this Office is serving as the law enforcement arm of the various courts of the Commonwealth, handling a wide range of judicial processes and enforcement actions. Our legal authority for these functions is provided under Pennsylvania Judicial Code, Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal and Civil Procedure, and Pennsylvania Title 13. We operate impartially, ensuring service is executed professionally, vigilantly, without bias, as directed by the issuing court.
Geographic Jurisdiction
The lawful authority of Pennsylvania State Constables’ (and Deputy Constables’) is valid throughout the entire Commonwealth without exception. While this Office maintains statewide jurisdiction, our primary area of responsibility is the greater Lehigh Valley, handling routine and expedited local service requests.

This office can provide sworn law enforcement presence within any of the District Justice Courts and other court or judicial facilities upon request.

Our Office provides professional and reliable court and judicial solutions for all courts, attorneys, organizations, and individuals. If you would like to request our Office provide services on your behalf, please see the following steps.
- 1. Contact Us: Contact our Office using the ‘GET STARTED’ button below, or by phone.
- 2. Required Documents: You must have original or certified copies of the documents to be served. Documents must be valid, and from a recognized court or judiciary within the United States. You must also have a valid last-known address (if service for an individual).
- 3. Specifics of Service: Specify whether service is routine or urgent, and whether it is a local, state, or federal case/matter. Briefly explain your requirements of service, including attempts, locating, and what constitutes “successful” service. Please also specify the manner and handling of the Return of Service.
- 4. Costs of Services: All judicial services are subject to payment requirements as detailed by the Fee Sheet of this Office.
