Law Enforcement & Criminal Case Authority
Pennsylvania State Constables are sworn peace officers with full statewide authority and arrest powers derived directly from the Pennsylvania Constitution and through state statutes. The primary role of our Office regarding criminal matters is the enforcement of criminal court orders, the execution of warrants, the apprehension of fugitives, and the maintenance of public peace and order. Our Office actively coordinates with local, county, and state law enforcement and judicial agencies, providing a variety of services and essential support through inter-agency cooperation to ensure comprehensive public safety.

Criminal Case Service of Process
We handle the prompt and lawful service of criminal subpoenas, complaints, and summonses as directed by the various courts within our jurisdiction.
Public Unrest & Peacekeeping
We maintain order and public safety during complex scenarios, declared emergencies, public unrest, specialized or high-risk gatherings, or based on court or municipal requests.
Workplace Violence & Terminations
Our Office provides peacekeeping, security, and specialized enforcement in workplace environments, often related to workplace violence, threats, terminations, Protection From Abuse (PFA) orders, and similar.

Our Office provides professional law enforcement services for the courts, local and state agencies, other law enforcement, and other qualifying organizations. Peacekeeping is available for most organizations and businesses. If you would like to request our Office provide law enforcement services, please see the following steps.

- 2. Information Required: It is necessary to provide as much information as possible when requesting service. If you are requesting service that is related to any current criminal or civil case, please provide the pertinent case information.
- 3.Urgency and Safety: Our Office maintains rapid response capabilities for urgent situations and matters presenting an expected or immediate public safety risk, with the primary objective being the safe and successful resolution of the current situation.
