The service of Domestic Relations orders often occurs during periods of high stress for all individuals involved. Our Office approaches these sensitive cases with the utmost professionalism and empathy. Legal Authority
Constables are sworn peace officers duly authorized and mandated to serve and enforce orders issued under the Pennsylvania Protection From Abuse Act and Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes.

Request Domestic Service From This Office
Our Office provides professional and rapid services for all domestic relations cases. If you would like to request our Office provide services on your behalf, please see the following steps.
- 1. Contact Us: Contact our Office using the ‘GET STARTED’ button below, or by phone.
- 2. Required Documents: You must have original or certified copies of the court order to be served (e.g., PFA Order, Support Summons). Documents must be valid and from a recognized court or judiciary within the United States. You must also have a valid last-known address for the individual to be served.
- 3. Specifics of Service: Specify whether the service involves a PFA (which is always urgent) or routine support documents. Briefly explain any requirements regarding service attempts, location information, and what constitutes “successful” service. Please also specify the manner and handling of the Return of Service.
- 4. Costs of Services: All Domestic Relations services are subject to payment requirements as detailed by the Fee Sheet of this Office.
