The Pennsylvania State Constable’s Office Nazareth – Lehigh Valley does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex (including pregnancy), age, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, Pennsylvania state, or local laws. This commitment extends to all aspects of our operations, services, programs, and practices.

2. Scope

This Non-Discrimination Statement applies to all services, functions, and programs offered by the Pennsylvania State Constable’s Office Nazareth – Lehigh Valley; all interactions with the public; all interactions with governmental and judicial offices; all interactions with nonprofit and nongovernmental entities; and all applicable employment practices.

3. Prohibition Against Retaliation

The Pennsylvania State Constable’s Office Nazareth – Lehigh Valley prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports discrimination, participates in an investigation of discrimination, or asserts rights protected under this policy or applicable anti-discrimination laws.
