The Pennsylvania State Constable’s Office
Nazareth – Lehigh Valley, engages with the residents of Pennsylvania through official online channels, including our official website and designated social media platforms. We encourage the public to engage with our office through these channels and welcome constructive viewpoints. Please be aware that when engaging with this Office over social media, you are agreeing to the following policy.

A list of official Pennsylvania State Constable’s Office Nazareth – Lehigh Valley social media channels will be maintained on our official website. The Pennsylvania State Constable’s Office Nazareth – Lehigh Valley is not responsible for non-official pages or content generated by users on those platforms.

· Nudity in a participant’s profile picture;
· Irrelevant, misleading, or potentially harmful links;
· Spam, such as the same comment posted repeatedly;
· Language or content suggesting or encouraging illegal activity;
· Commercial content promoting or soliciting services or products;
· Information that could reasonably compromise public safety or ongoing investigations;
· Personally identifying, sensitive, and/or private information (e.g., phone numbers, home addresses, specific case details);
· Disparaging language or hate speech targeting an individual’s race, color, religious creed, ancestry, age, gender, sexual orientation,
gender identity or expression, national origin, AIDS or HIV status, or disability; and
· Other content that the Pennsylvania State Constable’s Office Nazareth – Lehigh Valley deems inappropriate.
Communications posted on our social media pages will not be construed as satisfying requirements for legal notice or service, shall not be considered official public comment for formal proceedings, and shall not be construed as an official request for records pursuant to the Right-to-Know Law. The Pennsylvania State Constable’s Office Nazareth – Lehigh Valley reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our social media pages following the posting of any modification signifies acceptance of such modification.
